Here is my final navigation page for the final project! I decided to use a picture I took of a Ferris wheel as the main image for the page because I really liked the way that it looked. I also decided to put the (fake) links on the side so that they did not interfere too much with the wheel. I also did not want to have too much blanks space where the blue sky was, so filling it with the links seemed like a good solution. For a quick look at what would be at each of the links - Photography and digital art would hold my artwork from this class, as well as photographs from my photography class. Social media links would lead to a Facebook and Twitter page. Merchandise would lead you to where you could buy coffee cups, t-shirts, and calendars with my designs on them. The about me would be a small description of who I am and what I am aiming to do with my art. Hope that gave everyone a pretty good visual as to what this website would look like if it was real!

Module 6 Sketch
My navigation page sketch. It's pretty bare and simple but it's a work in progress. I have a question though, are the links supposed to actually lead to something, or are they just for "show"? Up top it just says "Brooke's Art" that got cut off on accident.

Avatar
My "ice queen" avatar. I made myself paler than I normally am, made my eyes red, made my nose just a bit wider, darkened my eyebrows and made them look less thin than they normally do. I also added a crown like embellishment to my forehead. I chose a snowy background as well.
Edited avatar, changed the color of my lips to make them appear icier. Also added star tattoos to my cheeks.

Prelim Avatar Sketch
My preliminary sketch for the fantasy avatar. I know that it definitely isn't much, but hopefully you can get the gist of what I want to do with this with my descriptions. I'm not good with drawing people, so that's why I chose to make it really simple with mostly a description of what I want to do. I want it to be kind of fairy like so any ideas that can help with that would be very welcome!

Book Cover
Here is my book cover for folk artist Tracy Chapman. It's really simple, but I think it is effective. I didn't want to overcrowd it by adding too many images. I am a bit iffy on the front cover, I feel like there is too much empty space on the bottom, but was unsure how to fill it. I decided for the "publishing company" to make one up, and titled it after her song 'Fast Car' with a car logo. The two images of Tracy are from google image search, and the car and brick are from pixabay.

Think Before You Drink
I chose to go with my "Think Before You Drink" idea for my awareness poster. I really liked the idea of making a "beer car". When I was messing around with making this, I originally had the beer car on a black background with the words Think Before You Drink. I was going to just leave it like that, but I thought it was too plain so I added a colored background, the brain, and the second set of words.
Edited with your suggestions. I do like the red background more than the pastel blue one.
